Teamistry - Subprocessors

Teamistry Ltd (HE 469419, 16 Konstantinopoleos, Aglantzia, Nicosia, Cyprus) engages the third-party subprocessors listed below to help provide the Teamistry platform. Each subprocessor processes customer personal data on our behalf under a written agreement meeting the requirements of Article 28 GDPR and this list corresponds to Annex 3 of our Data Processing Agreement.
All customer data is hosted and stored in the European Union. Where a subprocessor's processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, a valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR is in place, as noted below.

Data sent to our AI model provider is subject to the data minimisation measures described in our Privacy Policy. AI inference takes place exclusively on EU infrastructure, the provider does not retain prompts or responses and it is engaged on terms that do not permit the use of our customers' data to train AI models.
Integrations are not subprocessors
Slack, Microsoft (Teams, Outlook) and Google (Calendar) are third-party services that your organisation or you choose to connect to Teamistry. When connected, data is exchanged with them on your organisation's or your own initiative, under those providers' own terms and privacy policies. Because they act on your instructions rather than ours, they are not Teamistry subprocessors and are not listed above.
Changes to this list
Before adding or replacing a subprocessor, we notify customer account administrators by email at least 30 days in advance. Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds within 14 days of notice, as set out in Section 6 of our Data Processing Agreement. This page is updated with each change.
